Hi! I went to the pink kitchen this afternoon, and like last year, it was a fiasco. I bought 1000 pesos worth of chits and when it was time to get a refund, I could not get it because there was no cash. There were people also lining up to buy chits, but there were no chits available. I ended up selling my chits to a person who was about to go in, but still had 40 pesos worth. After waiting for 5 minutes, the lady who who was manning the table moved to the other side of the table where tickets were being sold. I asked the lady, miss how about my 40 pesos? To which she promptly answered, i-donate mo na lang kaya? There are also a couple who just bought entrance tickets but could not wait for the chits and just requested for a refund. To which the same lady answers, "No refund". I understand that this is a fund raising activity and since its just your second pink kitchen, I should give you some slack. But having people wait to pay you and get a refund from is a clear sign of disorganization and lack of consideration. Those two ladies manning the ticket and chits table have such poor PR skills, did not help either. Please change the chit system. Why not have cashiers inside the tent, where the people order their food from the booth and they proceed to pay at the cashier. Then they go back to the booth with a receipt to claim their food. This is a much simpler system and you don't have to deal with refunds and chit accounting anymore.

Shape up and get organized. You owe it to your donors.
